The Problem
Sales training calls ran 1.5–3 hours, were lecture-heavy, and offered no pre-work or follow-up…burning time with minimal ROI.
Frontline workers and salespeople were wasting precious time in front of computers that they could have been using to support and sell products.
Solution
I coached SMEs to design 30-60min sessions focused on clear takeaways and action items. Where needed, I collaborated with them to develop templates and communication plans tailored to their specific topics and audiences.
From then on, each session included pre-work for context, interactive elements (polls, quizzes, games), and manager-tracked follow-up tasks.
Results
Seat-time dropped while effectiveness rose, generating $300K–$500K in annual productivity gains for ~200+ learners.
