The Problem

After nearly seven years without a formal new launch or acquisition, Hologic Breast & Skeletal Health lacked a formal process to prepare internal stakeholders.

Solution

I partnered with sellers, managers, area business directors, marketing, and clinical support to map their roles to the business goals of the upcoming launch. Working with the product-marketing SMEs, I built a launch template toolkit—task checklists, deliverables, and timelines for knowledge & skill transfer—all in one place.

With the Sales Enablement team, we implemented top-down and bottom-up learning journeys that aligned stakeholders and fostered valuable new internal partnerships.

Results

The toolkit kept cross-functional teams in lockstep and was reused for 5 additional launches and acquisitions (2023-2025), becoming Hologic’s gold standard. EMEA marketing and training teams are now replicating the model.
